The e-Bulk process allows employers to submit multiple electronic applications for both DBS certificates and Basic Disclosures receiving the results electronically. Eurocom can provide employers, regardless of volumes, with a self administered e-Bulk system incorporating their own secure control panel from where they can add new candidates, monitor the progress of their applications and more importantly see the results as they come in. Our all new ISO27001 accredited e-Bulk for both DBS and Basic Disclosures allow employers to take control of the entire process.
We’ve been using the system for years and can claim a 99% error free operating system and more importantly, now that copies are no longer sent to employers we use a traffic light system to show any issues. We are confident that this system offers employer’s one of the fastest and simplest Criminal Record checking services available. Once YOU press submit your application is automatically uploaded to the DBS system for processing. Standard DBS checks are normally completed within 48 hrs and over 80% of Enhanced DBS checks are completed within 5 days. Basic Disclosures are currently taking between 5-7 days. The entire e-Bulk DBS process is undertaken online simplifying the submission process and providing timely results via email. Available as part of our full screening programme or as a stand alone service the process could not be easier. We offer the latest technology and systems. There are no maximum or minimum number of checks required and no registration fees. We are now amongst the first to offer 3 levels of checks including Basics enabling you to conduct all your checks within one system.
